Email Marketing: Kit
Kit (formerly ConvertKit) has awesome features for creating landing pages, adding people to your email list, and selling digital products. They also have an integration with Mighty Networks for creating a community, though I haven’t tried that piece as of this writing.
Podcast Publishing: RSS.com
RSS.com has been so easy to use! You upload your podcast title, art, description, etc., then it auto publishes in all the places automatically! There is some one-time set up to publish to Apple or iHeart, but easy and worth it.
It also creates transcriptions and can publish to YouTube.

Video and Podcast Editing: Descript
The coolest thing about Descript: you can edit a video and audio at the same time! Ie: if you upload a video, it automatically transcribes the video. You edit the text (like adding / deleting from Microsoft Word) and the video edits accordingly!
